UPS ESPAÑA
This is a true story. It shows how UPS functions in Spain !!JULY 3, 2013 - We phoned UPS ESPAÑA - to ask for a commercial contract - pricing - contracts - etc.
We did not continue. NOTES: Prices too high - we do not like the agent Jorge Hernanz.
THURSDAY - FEBRUARY 19, 2015 - We phoned again. Prices were better - HIGHER THAN OTHER ACCOUNTS WE HAVE.
We signed and emailed the contract that afternoon. They said we would be in the system - with internet access - by the end of the next day (Friday the 20th) - the internet account would show our prices 24 hours later.
They said they would walk us through the first times - when using the UPS ESPAÑA website
