SINCE THIS NEW COMMERCIAL AGENT (MANUELA) - WANTED AN EXPLANATION - WE TRIED TO READ THE EMAILS EXCHANGED - AS SHE APPARENTLY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT OUR CLAIM.

OF COURSE.

SHE SHOULD HAVE JUST READ THE EMAILS - BEFORE CALLING.
IT IS CLEARLY DOCUMENTED.

PART 1 - 18 MINUTES

MINUTE 3.12 - WE ARE TOLD THAT SHE DOES NOT LIKE OUR TONE OF VOICE ... IT JUST GOES DOWNHILL FROM THERE.







PART 2 - 19 MINUTES

NOTE - WE ARE CUT OFF CONSTANTLY -- EXHAUSTING.

WE THOUGHT - ANOTHER VERBAL MARATHON WITH THIS LADY IS UNCALLED FOR.

MANUELA INSISTED SHE WOULD CALL IF SHE FELT THIS

INTERRUPTING OUR WORK FLOW - AND AFTER SPENDING SEVEN HOURS FOUR DAYS EARLIER - TO SEND ONE PACKAGE -

ALL DAY THE NEXT DAY WITH EMAILS TO AND FROM THE UPS COMMERCIAL AGENT ABOUT THAT ONE SHIPMENT  ---

"BICKERING" ABOUT 17.10 + 1.70 EUROS - YET MORE IMPORTANT TO US -- THE FACT THAT THE EVENTS WERE COMPLETELY TWISTED FROM REALITY.



YES WE HAD TO PULL UP OUR NOTES - METICULUOUSLY RECORDED - TO SPEAK WITH THIS NEW AGENT - FOUR DAYS LATER.

IF SHE HAD READ THE EMAILS EXCHANGED - WE WOULD HAVE NOT LOST 42 MINUTES + THE ATTITUDE THIS SECOND AGENT HAD - WAS QUITE IRRITATING.



IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO THE WALL - OR OUR CLEANING LADY - WHO IS ILLITERATE.

SHE (MANUELA) - LIKED TO TALK - SHOW HER AUTHORITY AND IMPORTANCE - YET DID NOT SEEM TO LISTEN WELL ---  WHEN WE WERE ABLE TO PUT IN A WORD EDGEWISE.


WE ALL KNOW - "THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL" - AND WE ARE CAREFUL ABOUT DOCUMENTING ALL.



PERSONALLY - I WOULD RATHER HAVE ALL OF MY TEETH PULLED WITHOUT ANESTHESIA - THAN LISTEN TO ANOTHER ROUND OF HOGWASH.

WHO IN THE WORLD HAS TIME?

WE DO.

THIS MANUELA NEVER SENT AN EMAIL CONFIRMING WHAT SHE HAD SAID.


WE ONLY HAVE - A CANCELED RECEIPT - WITH A CANCELED TRACKING NUMBER - WITH A CANCELED RETAIL PRICE (NOT OUR PRICE AS OFFERED BY UPS) - AND PROOF THAT THE CANCELED SHIPMENT - WITH A CANCELED TRACKING NUMBER ARRIVED - DATED SCREEN SHOTS ABOVE.



ONCE PACKAGES ARE PROCESSED - WE ALWAYS SEND AN EMAIL TO OUR CUSTOMERS - CONFIRMING THE TRACKING NUMBER AND A LINK TO TRACK.

FOR SHIPMENTS FROM THE STATES - WE ALSO SIGN BOTH OURSELVES AND THE CUSTOMER TO TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS BY EMAIL - WHICH WE DID WITH THIS FIRST UPS SHIPMENT FROM SPAIN.


WE HAVE BEEN SELLING ON THE INTENET SINCE 2000 - AND LEARNED TO DOCUMENT ALL METICULOUSLY.

WE TAKE DETAILED PHOTOS OF EACH PACKAGE - INSIDE AND OUT - IN CASE THERE ARE ANY DISPUTES.

ANYONE WHO DECIDES TO USE UPS IN SPAIN SHOULD THINK TWICE - IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO WASTE DAYS OF TIME AND UNNECESSARY AGGRAVATIONS.
